On Friday, 15 December, an industrial park and manufacturing building built by MONUM were opened at a formal ceremony held in Alūksne.

Under the auspices of the project “1st Phase of the Development of Alūksne District’s Industrial Building Territory”, the infrastructure of the streets adjoining the industrial zone has been improved with the reconstruction of the stage comprised of Rūpniecības Street and Ganību Street. The newly-established industrial territory has been equipped with the utilities required for the performance of commercial activity: power, water and space with a hard surface. The industrial building built is comprised of production and warehouse premises, spanning 876.5 m2, as well as office and technical premises spanning 115.1 m2. The total area of the building is: 991.6 m2.
