Open Days were held in Bauska at a newly built multi-apartment rental building with low rent prices 20.10.2025
Open Days were held in Bauska, at 8 Ceriņu Street, in a newly constructed multi-apartment rental building developed with the support of the European Union Recovery Fund and the Ministry of Economics under the programme “Low-Rent Residential Buildings in the Regions.” The project was built by SIA Monum and commissioned by SIA KIK Real Estate Bauska.
The five-storey building comprises 60 apartments – 12 one-room, 18 two-room, 28 three-room, and 2 four-room units. Each apartment is equipped with a fitted kitchen and household appliances, while the surrounding area includes 72 parking spaces and a landscaped green zone for residents’ recreation.
The building has been designed and constructed as a low-energy-consumption house, ensuring lower heating and maintenance costs.
During the Open Days, held on October 17 and 18, the new building was visited by both potential tenants and local residents who wished to explore the project’s design solutions and the quality of the apartments.
SIA KIK Real Estate Bauska implemented the project in close cooperation with the Bauska Municipality and the Development Finance Institution Altum. This model enables the municipality to provide housing for qualified professionals, thereby promoting workforce attraction and population stability in the region.
