At the end of October 2024, MONUM signed a contract for the construction of an affordable rental apartment building at 8 Ceriņu Street in Bauska.

The project will consist of a five-story residential building with a total of 60 apartments. This new development offers everything needed for modern living: a selection of apartments in various sizes, energy-efficient solutions, and well-designed layouts.

The project client is KIK Real Estate Bauska Ltd. The project is expected to be completed within 16 months.
