In order to provide premises for the Academy of Justice, SIA “Courthouse Agency” and SIA “MONUM” have concluded a contract for reconstruction works in the building in Riga, on the 11th of November waterfront at 31.

The development of the building reconstruction project was carried out by the design company “JaunRīga” SIA. A contract has been concluded with SIA “MONUM” for the reconstruction works in the amount of almost 6.5 million euros including VAT, of which approximately 4.8 million euros are expected to be invested in the reconstruction of the premises for the needs of the Academy of Justice.

The total area of ​​the building is 4242 square meters. Two and a half floors of the five-story building will be adapted according to the requirements of the Academy of Justice. The construction period of the reconstruction project is 9 months.
