After winning in an open competition, on May 12, 2015, ’MONUM’ signed a contract with Iecava municipality to perform works of the 2nd stage of Iecava art and music school – reconstruction and change of the function.

Since 18.09.2014.’MONUM’ already carries out construction works withing the 1st stage of the project – construction of a new building for Iecavas art and music school. The new-constructed annex will give space to eleven classes and rooms for pre-school, group activities and school administration. Within the 2nd stage of the project ’MONUM’ will reconstruct the historic manor library to create exhibition hall and wardrobe on the firtst floor, a hall on the second floor, as well as a multifunctional youth center on the attic floor.

The work is expected to be completed before the new school year beginning in September 2015.
