Latvian Cycling Federation celebrates sportsmen, coaches, staff and supporters during the end-of-season event 21.12.2015
Last weekend the Latvian Cycling Federation organised the annual end-of-season event where achievements were looked back on and the most successful sportsmen, coaches and staff members of 2015 were congratulated. Also supporters were celebrated, among them MONUM which has greatly invested in the development of cycling in Latvia.
For achievements in sport the following sportsmen were congratulated: Toms Skujins, Sandra Aleksejeva, Arnis Petersons, Ainars Kiksis, as well as the BMX team RF/MONUM, which won 2nd place in the European BMX Cup overall totals.
Toms Skujins was nominated as the best Latvian cyclist of 2015 among 9 contestants. The lifetime achievement award was given to Andris Rudzitis, the cycling coach.
We are grateful for the opportunity to support sportsmen, contributing to their individual achievements and cycling development in Latvia.
