We have completed construction work in Alūksne, where under the auspices of the 1st phase of the development of the city’s industrial building territory, manufacturing and warehouse premises spanning 876.5 m2 were built, as well as office and technical premises spanning 115.1 m2. Rūpniecības Street and Ganību Street were also rebuilt as part of the project. The newly built industrial territory has entered service and is intended to be used for commercial operations.

Alūksne District Council implemented the project under the auspices of the specific support objective 5.6.2 “Revitalization of territories through regeneration of degraded territories according to municipal integrated development programmes” as part of the operational programme “Growth and Employment” co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

Total project expenditures: EUR 2.37 million.
