A message capsule is laid in the foundations of the industrial complex in Rēzekne 24.11.2017
On Thursday, November 23, a message capsule was laid in the foundations of the future industrial complex in Rēzekne. To confirm the uniqueness and significance of the project, a special message was placed in the capsule for future generations. The capsule also included the November 18, 2017 issue of the municipal newspaper “Rēzeknes Vēstnesis”, the main theme of which is the celebration of the 99th anniversary of the proclamation of Latvia.
The event was attended by guests from all over Latvia, but the capsule was laid by Rēzekne City Council Chairman Aleksandrs Bartaševičs, Rēzekne Special Economic Zone Manager Sandra Ežmale, construction company “MONUM” board member Māris Ozoliņš, construction supervisor SIA “Isliena V” Rolands Gruzītis, a representative of the author’s supervision SIA “Ceturtais stils”.
According to the project in the territory of the municipality, Viļakas Street 1, it is planned to build an industrial building in the area of 6784.13 square meters, including the production part in the area of 4981.20 square meters and the office part in the area of 1802.93 square meters.
The buildings will be equipped with all the necessary utilities – water supply and sewerage, heating, ventilation, electricity supply, including the construction of a fire-fighting automation system and an earthing and lightning control system.
