Multi-apartment rental houses in Valmiera were commissioned today, on June 8. There will be 15 one-room flats measuring 25–30 m², 90 two–room flats measuring 34–41 m², and 45 three-room flats measuring ​​50–54 m²available for residents.  Some two- and three-room flats will have balconies. Storage rooms measuring 4 m²are planned for each apartment on the basement floor, in turn, an area for strollers and bicycles will be allocated on the first floor of the stair-hall.

In order to accommodate living in multi-apartment rental houses for people with disabilities, a properly equipped elevator from the basement to the 5^thfloor will be installed on each floor. Two one-room flats are designed for the needs and convenience of people with disabilities. There are also two appropriate parking lots in the parking space. Totally, there are 150 parking lots are planned. In addition, there will be a children’s playground, a football, volleyball and basketball court, as well as a large green area in the courtyard.

Flats will be offered to tenants with full interior finish, built-in kitchen with sink, electric hob, oven and extractor. The bathrooms will be equipped with subfloor heating, bathroom-and-lavatory equipment, electric heated towel rail, and connection for a washing machine. Optical cables of three TV and Internet operators are installed in every flat to allow tenants to choose a service that is the best for them.
