Not only modern buildings, but also a developed infrastructure testify to a modern city. We have completed the construction of the continuation of Attekas Street in Ādaži. This is an important project, as it provides more convenient access to the future Ādaži Primary School, which will open its doors already in the autumn of this year, as well as testifies to the development of the city’s infrastructure in general.

MONUM carried out construction work on a building area of more than 12,000 square meters. This is the largest infrastructure development project in 2018, implemented by Ādaži District Council.

“The construction of the continuation of Attekas Street is a unique project that took place in record time – in less than three months we completed the development of the bed and the construction and landscaping of the pavement. Many thanks to our cooperation partners, subcontractors who helped to implement it, ”appreciates the cooperation of MONUM project manager Algirdas Balta.

The total cost of the project is 1,535,550, 86 euros.
