MONUM signs a contract for reconstruction of the Latvian-Russian border crossing point Terehova 11.02.2019

In February of this year, MONUM signed an agreement on the reconstruction and modernization of the Latvian-Russian border crossing Terehov. The total amount of the contract is EUR 7 186 389.76 including VAT.

“This is a strategic object that testifies to the development of border infrastructure in the busiest Latvian-Russian border crossing. As a result of the reconstruction, not only the appearance of the building will be improved, but also the information flow will be modernized – the involved institutions will be able to perform the necessary document checks faster and more efficiently with modern technology solutions, ”says Andris Vējiņš, MONUM project manager.

We will start construction works already in April this year. We plan to complete the project in the summer of 2020.
