At the end of July, the construction works of the new study building of Sigulda State Gymnasium at Ata Kronvalda Street 7, which started in May 2018, will be completed. Two Sigulda schools will start the new school year in larger and more suitable premises.

Currently, finishing works are continuing in the new study building of Sigulda State Gymnasium – wall filling and painting, ceiling panel installation, floor and wall tiling, electrical installation works, as well as landscaping and building facade finishing works. Already in the autumn of this year, we will start the second stage of reconstruction – the reconstruction of the school building at 7 Ata Kronvalda Street.

The author of the project of the new building of Sigulda State Gymnasium is Andris Kokins, the construction supervision of the object is provided by SIA “Firma L4”. Construction works of the new building and reconstruction of the school are being carried out by the European Regional Development Fund co-financed project No. 8.1.2.0/17/I/005 “Reconstruction of Sigulda State Gymnasium and Sigulda Primary School No. 1 and modernization of material and technical base”.
