At the end of 2019, MONUM started the implementation of the new project Divi krasti (Two Riverbanks), which involves the construction of two apartment buildings at 8A Ķengaraga Street, Riga.

We are currently continuing the implementation of the project, and the zero-cycle foundation work of the first residential building is under way. “We have completed the pile field construction of the first building and as soon as in April we plan to start the assembly of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures. In line with current trends, we will use energy efficient solutions in the construction process,” says Kaspars Brencis, Construction Project Manager at MONUM.

The two multi-storey residential buildings of the project will offer 132 two-, three- and four-room apartments. The new buildings will make a modern addition to the existing neighbourhood. We are planning to finish the project already next spring. The owner of the project is K8 residences SIA, and its total cost is 8,954,000 euro.
